Ingredients for making potato kabab:
1. Potato - 1 cup peeled and big chopped
2. Corn flour - 1 and a half tsp
3. Kabab masala - 1 tsp
4. Ginger and garlic paste - half tsp
5. Chilli powder - half tsp
6. Salt - to taste
7. Onion - 1 chopped
8. Capsicum - 1 chopped
9. Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
10. Oil - to deep fry

Steps of making potato kabab:
1. First boil the water in the pan and add potato to boil and cook till the potato are soft but not mushy.

2. Next in a bowl add cornflour, kabab masala, chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste and salt to taste. By adding some water mix the mixture well and add the boiled potato.

3. Then fry these potatoes in oil in 2 - 3 batches and take it out.

4. Then in a pan heat oil and add onion and capsicum saute for 2 - 3 minutes on high flame.

5. Further add salt to taste, tomato ketchup and little water and mix it well and cook for 1 minute till it becomes thick.

6. Then add the fried potato in it and give it a good mix and in last add the coriander leaves in it.

7. Potato 65 / aloo kabab is ready to serve in snack time.
