Call it Pani Puri or Gol Gappa doesn't make any difference the love for Pani Puri is ultimate. So in this post, I would like to share Gol Gappa recipe in home style. making Panipuri in a home with simple steps.so, let's get started. Gol Gappa/ Panipuri recipe with step by step photos.

HOW TO MAKE PANIPURI / GOL GAPPA RECIPE.
Ingredients for aloo masala:
   1. Potatoes - 2 boiled mashed
   2. Red chana - 1 cup boiled
   3. Onion - 1 finely chopped
   4. Cumin powder - 1tsp
   5. Chilli powder - 1tsp
   6. Chat masala - 1tsp
   7. Salt - to your taste
   8. Coriander leaves - 2tsp

Ingredients for Pani:
   1. Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
   2. Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
   3. Green chilli - 1
   4. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
   5. Lemon - 1
   6. Sugar - 1tsp
   7. Chat masala - 2tsp
   8. Salt to taste
   9. Water - 4 cups
   10. Cumin powder - 1tsp

For Puris:
   1. Readymade or homemade 24 puris.

HOW TO MAKE PANIPURI / GOL GAPPA RECIPE.
Methods for preparation of Pani:

   1. Add mint, coriander, green chilli, ginger and sugar in the small chutney jar of a grinder.

   2. Grind until a smooth paste and squeeze the lemon, if required add water while grinding.

   3. Take a large bowl put water and transfer the ground mixture init. And add chat masala, cumin powder, salt. Stir with a large spoon and mix it properly. Taste for salt and add as required. Pani is ready; put it in a fridge for at least 1 hour.


Methods for preparation of aloo masala:
   1. Take a bowl put mashed potato, chana, onion, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, coriander leaves and salt.

   2. Mix them together with a spoon masala is ready.



For puris:
1. Heat oil in a kadai, let the oil heat put puris in oil and fry it till they are golden brown.


Assemble Pani Puri:
   1. Take each puri and gently make a large hole on top of it for stuffing.

   2. Stuff it with the masala. Take Pani puri water in a medium bowl. Dip each puri in water and enjoy.
