Tomato chutney

Tomato chutney:
Tomato chutney is very commonly served with kabsa and mandi. It is very easy chutney to make. you can enjoy it with any meal. you can use the raw tomato, garlic and chilli to grind and make this chutney but I have shared making this chutney by cooking all these ingredients till they become soft. Tomato chutney:

Ingredients for making Tomato chutney:
1. Tomato - 2 roughly chopped
2. Garlic - 7 cloves
3. Green chilli - 2 sliced
4. Coriander leaves
5. Mint leaves
6. Salt - to taste
7. Cumin - 1 tsp
8. Black pepper - 10 Nos
9. Oil - 1 tsp


Tomato Chutney:

Steps of making tomato chutney:
1. In a pan add 1 tsp oil, then add tomato, garlic, green chilli cook for 2 minutes till tomato becomes soft.

2. Then add coriander and mint leaves, cumin and black pepper mix it well.

3. Then let it cool and after transfer in small jar and salt in it and grind in smooth chutney.

4. Serve this chutney in a bowl and enjoy with kabsa, mandi and biryani.
