Ingredients for making mandaki:
1. Onion - 1 finely chopped
2. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
3. Carrot - 1 cup grated
4. Green chilli - 1
5. Cocunut - half cup cut into pieces
6. Salt - to taste
7. Puffed rice - serving for 4 quantity
8. Coriander leaves
9. Lemon juice
10. Namkeen Crackers

Steps of making mandaki:
1. First in a large vessel mix the onion, tomato, grated carrot and chilli and cocunut grinded together roughly not smoothly.
2. Then add salt in it and add the puffed rice and add the namkeen crackers and mix it well.
3. Then in last add the coriander leaves and squeeze the half of the lemon and give it a good mix.
4. Serve this mandaki immediately after it is made or else it will be hard.
