Custard milkshake is prepared by using custard powder and not other ingredients are actually needed. It is very simple and easy milkshake recipe which is smooth in texture. Ingredients for making custard milkshake:
1. Milk - half litre
2. Custard Powder - 4 tsp
3. Sugar - to taste
4. Rooh afza - 1tsp / optional
5. Sabza - 1 tsp
6. Dry fruits - roasted and finely chopped


Custard Milkshake Recipe:

Steps of making Custard Milkshake:
1. In a pan heat half a litre of milk and add sugar to your taste and let it boil.

2. Take milk in a cup and add 4 tsp of custard powder in it and mix it well so it doesn't have any lumps. The milk should be room temperature and not hot milk.

3. When the milk starts boiling add this custard mixture in it and mix well so the custard doesn't form any lumps and doesn't stick in the pan.

4. Cook till it becomes thick and keeps on mixing it. Then cool it in the fridge for at least two hours.

5. When it is cool grind it in small jar by adding chilled water in it.

6. Then take it out in a glass, add 1 tsp rooh afza, 1 tsp sabza and roasted and chopped dry fruits and mix it well.

7. Serve it by garnishing some dry fruits on top.
