Veg Samosa Recipe:
Samosa is popular Indian snacks enjoyed any time. they are many different types of samosa making. in this post, I have shared veg samosa recipe. you can use whichever vegetables you like or available at home. veg samosa recipe with step by step photos.



Veg Samosa Recipe:

Ingredients for making veggies filling:
1. Onion - 1 finely sliced
2. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
3. Green chilli - 3 chopped
4. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
5. Salt - to taste
6. Haldi - 1/4 tsp
7. Beans - 2 cup finely chopped
8. Carrot - 1 cup chopped
9. Potato - 1 cup chopped
10. Chana dal - half-cup soaked / optional/ green peas
11. Garam masala - 1 tsp
12. Coriander leaves

Ingredients for making samosa doe:
1. Maida - 2 cup
2. Salt - to taste
3. Zeera seeds - 1/4 tsp
4. Oil - 1 tsp


Veg Samosa Recipe:

Steps of making veggies filling:
1. In a pan add oil, one cup sliced onion, green chilli chopped and tomato. Saute for 1 minute.

2. Then add ginger and garlic paste, haldi and salt to taste. Mix it well and cook for 1 - 2 minute.

3. Then add veggies whichever you like or available in your home. Add beans, carrot and potato and saute for 2 minutes.

4. Then add soaked chana dal if you like or green peas. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.

5. Then add 1 tsp of garam masala and coriander leaves and pressure cook for 3 whistles. And cool it.


Steps of making Samosa:
1. For making the samosa doe in a bowl add maida, 1 tsp oil, a pinch of salt and zeera seeds and add water and combine it in a smooth doe.

2. Make small balls of this doe in equal proportion.

3. Then roll the ball by sprinkling maida on it. Split the sheet in half.

4. Make the triangle of it and fill it with the veggies filling and seal it properly so the filling doesn't expose to the oil.

5. Follow the same process to make all the samosas.

6. Heat oil in Kadai on medium-hot flame and fry the samosas from both the sides till it is golden brown and crispy.

7. Take it out and serve with green chutney.
