Ingredients for making ash:
1. Oil - 1 spoon
2. Green chilli - 1 sliced
3. Onion - 1 cup sliced
4. Ginger and garlic paste - half tsp
5. Tomato - 1 cup chopped
6. Curd - half cup
7. Wheat Soji - 4 tsp
8. Garam masala - 1 tsp
9. Salt - to taste
10. Coriander leaves
11. Mint leaves
12. Water - 2 cup

Steps of making Ash Drink:
1. In medium heat, pan adds one spoon oil and then add one sliced green chilli.
2. Then add one sliced onion, half tsp ginger and garlic paste and saute for 1- 2 minutes.
3. Then add one cup tomato and cook till it becomes soft.
4. Then add salt to taste and few coriander and mint leaves and cook for a few minutes.
5. Then add the half a cup of smooth curd and mix it well so it does not get lumps.
6. Then add 2 cups of water and check the salt and adjust it. Let it boil.
7. Further, add four tsp of wheat soji mix it well and add one tsp of garam masala and let it cook.
8. Serve it hot and garnish with some mint and coriander leaves.
