Ingredients for making filo sheets:
1. All-purpose flour - 3 cup
2. Salt - 1/4 tsp
3. Egg - one
4. Milk - half cup or as required to knead the dough
5. Oil - half cup
6. Water - if required
7. Cornflour - 3 tsp
8. Flour - half cup for dusting
Phyllo Sheet Dough Recipe:
Steps of making filo sheets:
1. In a large mixing bowl add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt, one egg, half cup oil, half cup milk to knead it in a soft dough.
2. Further, you can add water if required or else milk is enough to knead it in a soft dough.
3. Mix a half cup of all-purpose flour with 3 tsp of cornflour and keep aside as it is used for the dusting on flour.
4. Rest it for 30 minutes and take it out in a platform and dust it from flour and make four balls out of it.
5. Roll each ball by dusting generous amount of flour required to roll it in a thin sheet. you can use to make many Turkish parties like baklava, borek and so on from these sheets.
