Ingredients for stuffing:

1. Potatoes - 3 boiled
2. Onion - 1 chopped
3. Chilli powder - 1tsp
4. Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Chat masala - 1tsp
6. Salt - to taste
7. Coriander leaves - 2tsp

Ingredients for making a roll:
1. Bread slices - 8slices
2. Water - to dip bread
3. Oil - to fry

1. Take a bowl put boiled potatoes and then mash it.

2. Next add the onion and all other spices like chilli powder, chat masala, cumin powder, salt. Mix it.

3. In the last add, the coriander leaves to mix it and taste it and adjust its taste to your like.

4. Take this mixture and make its small balls. The size of the rolls depends on the size of the bread.


Methods for preparing bread slices:
1. Take the bread cut the sides of each bread.

2. Take some water in a plate. Dip the bread slice in water not completely. Remove it after 1 or 2 seconds.

3. Press the bread between your palms so that the excess water is drained.
