Ingredients for omelette mixture:
1. Onion - 1 finely chopped.
2. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
3. Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp.
4. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
5. Haldi - a pinch.
6. Salt - to taste.
7. Eggs - 2.
8. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp.

Other ingredients:
1. Bread slices - 4
2. Butter - 2tsp

Direction for making omelette mixture:
1. Take a bowl put onion, chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, haldi and salt.

2. Next, add the coriander leaves and mix it well.

3. Next, break the 2 eggs in the bowl and whisk it so the omelette will become fluffy.



Direction for making bread omelette:
1. Heat the butter on the Tawa and let it melt.

2. Add the half of the omelette mixture on Tawa.

3. Next, dip the 2 bread slices in the mixture and let it cook.

4. When one side of the omelette is cooked. Cook it from another side and take it off from the Tawa.

5. Bread omelette is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
