Ingredients for making roti Noddles:
1. Roti - 5 leftover Rotis
2. Chicken - half-cup cut into small pieces
3. Egg - 1
4. Onion - 1 Finley chopped
5. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
6. Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
7. Carrot - 1 cup finely chopped
8. Capsicum - 1 cup finely chopped
9. Garam masala - 1 tsp
10. Chicken masala - 1 tsp
11. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
12. Salt - to taste
13. Ginger and garlic paste - half tsp


Roti Noddles Recipe | Typical Home Style Food:

Steps of making roti Noddles:
1. First, marinate the chicken so the chicken gets the flavours. Take half cup of chicken cut into small pieces add salt, ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder and chicken masala mix it well. Rest for at least 30 minutes.

2. Next, heat a pan on medium flame and add 2 spoons of oil and saute the marinated chicken till it gets white and gets sauteed.

3. When the chicken gets sauteed for 1 to 2 minutes then add the egg cook for 1 minute and mix the egg and chicken both together.

3. When both egg and chicken get sauteed take it in a plate and keep it aside.

4. Then in the same pan add oil and onion saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

5. When the onion gets translucent next add cup of cabbage chopped finely and saute for 2 minutes.

6. When the cabbage and onion get sauteed then further add carrot and capsicum and mix it well so they cook well.

7. Till the vegetables are getting sauteed. Take the leftover roti and roll it and cut it into like noodles and take it in the plate.

8. When vegetables get the cook to add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and finely chopped tomato mix it well and check the salt and chilli powder level and if it is less add to your taste.

9. After the veggies are mix good further add the sauteed chicken and egg in it and mix well.

10. Then add roti Noddles and give it a good mix and add coriander in last and switch off the gas.

11. Leftover roti Noddles with chicken and egg protein is ready. Enjoy.
