Ingredients for making apple roll filling:
1. Apple - 1 peeled and finely chopped
2. Butter - 1 tsp
3. Sugar - half cup
4. Cinnamon - 1 stick

Other ingredients for making roll:
1. Maida glue - a mixture of 1 tsp maida and little water
2. Spring roll sheets

Steps of making apple roll filling:
1. First of all make a powder of sugar, in a small jar put a half cup of sugar and a stick of cinnamon and grind it till it is finely powdered and take it in a cup and keep it aside.

2. In a pan on low flame put 1 tsp butter and when the butter is melted put 1 cup apple peeled and chopped finely. Mix it well.

3. Further, add powdered sugar and cinnamon, put this powdered sugar to your taste of sweetness. If you like sweeter add more and if you like less sweet then less.

4. Don't cook apple for a long time, cooking it for 1 minute is more enough after mixing everything, switch off the gas and take this filling in a cup and keep it aside to cool.



Steps of making apple spring roll:
1. First, make the maida glue so the spring rolls are sealed properly. For the glue in a cup add 1 tsp of maida and 2 tsp of water mix it well. Keep it aside.

2. Next, take the spring roll sheets and cut them in half. So the rolls are in proper shape.

3. Then add the filling in the middle of the sheet and start rolling it by applying the glue on the edges so the filling is leaking.

4. Seal the edges of the roll properly or else it will leak in the oil. Make the same rolls of the remaining sheets.

4. Heat oil in a Kadai for deep fry. Once the rolls are golden from one side then turn it around and fry from another side. Once they are fried from both the sides take it out in a plate and fry all rolls in the same way.

5. Rolls are ready to serve to sprinkle the powdered sugar and cinnamon on top. Enjoy with the chilled ice cream.
