Ingredients for making coconut chutney:
1. Coconut - 1 cup cut
2. Green chilli - 1 grilled
3. Roasted Gram - half cup
4. Tamarind - 2 tsp
5. Salt - to taste
6. Garlic - 5 cloves
7. Mint leaves - 2 tsp
8. Coriander leaves - 3 tsp
9. Water - as required


Coconut Chutney | Typical Home Style Food:

Steps of making coconut chutney:
1. First in a small jar add one cup of sliced coconut, one grilled green chilli, 5 cloves of garlic, mint and coriander leaves.

2. Then add a half cup of, 2 tsp of tamarind and salt to taste.

3. Add water as required and grind it in a smooth paste check the seasoning and add salt and chillies if required to your taste.

4. Grind it in a smooth paste and take it out in a bowl.

5. Serve this fresh coconut chutney with dosa, idli, paddu, vada, bhonda and many more south Indian dishes.
