Vegetable spring roll is a snack time recipe. Spring rolls are all time favorite and that to with veggies is a good combination. You can try vegetable rolls and enjoy with ketchup at time time or snack time.

Ingredients for making veggies filling:
1. Onion - 1 Finley chopped
2. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
3. Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
4. Carrot - 1 cup finely chopped
5. Capsicum - 1 cup finely chopped
6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
7. Salt - to taste
8. Ginger and garlic paste - half tsp

Other ingredients for making roll:
1. Maida glue - a mixture of 1 tsp maida and little water
2. Spring roll sheets

Steps for making veggies filling:
1. Then in the pan add oil and onion saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

2. When the onion gets translucent next add cup of cabbage chopped finely and saute for 2 minutes.

3. When the cabbage and onion get sauteed then further add carrot and capsicum and mix it well so they cook well.

4. When vegetables get the cook to add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and finely chopped tomato mix it well and check the salt and chilli powder level and if it is less add to your taste. When the filling cooked take it in a bowl and keep it aside.


Steps of making vegetable spring roll:
1. First make the maida glue so the spring rolls are sealed properly. For the glue in a cup add 1 tsp of maida and 2 tsp of water mix it well. Keep it aside.

2. Next, take the spring roll sheets and cut them in half. So the rolls are in proper shape.

3. Then add the filling in the middle of the sheet and start rolling it by applying the glue on the edges so the filling is leaking.

4. Seal the edges of the roll properly or else it will leak in the oil. Make the same rolls of the remaining sheets.

4. Heat oil in a Kadai for deep fry. Once the rolls are golden from one side then turn it around and fry from another side. Once they are fried from both the sides take it out in a plate and fry all rolls in the same way.

5. Rolls are ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
