Ingredients for making besan curry:
1. Onion - 1 finely chopped
2. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
3. Salt - to taste
4. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
5. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
6. Dill leaves - half cup
7. Coriander leaves - half cup
8. Haldi - 1/4 tsp
9. Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup
10. Oil - 1 spoon
11. Water - as required


Besan Curry For Chapati | Typical Home Style Food:

Steps of making besan curry:
1. In a pan add oil, finely chopped onion and one tsp ginger and garlic paste. Mix it well till the onion get saute.


2. Next add the finely chopped tomato, half cup of coriander leaves and half cup of dill leaves. Mix it well cook till it becomes soft.

3. Then add salt to taste, chilli powder and haldi. Mix it well and add 1 cup of water.

4. Then in a bowl add 1 cup of besan and 1 cup of water and mix it well so besan curry doesn't have any lumps.

5. Then when water is boiling add besan mixture and water as required according to your thickness and cook it well till it becomes thick.

6. Serve this besan with roti or chapati and enjoy in breakfast
.
