Ingredients for making Gobi kabab:
1. Corn flour - 3 tsp
2. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
3. Kabab masala - 2 tsp
4. Salt - to taste
5. Cabbage - cut in pieces and 50% boiled.
6. Oil - to deep fry
7. Chat masala - to sprinkle

Steps of making Gobi kabab:
1. First cut the cauliflower in small pieces and boil it for till they get 50% soft.
2. Then make the mixture of 3 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp kabab masala and salt to taste. Add water as required and make the thick mixture.
3. Then apply this mixture on boiled cauliflower pieces and mix them gently.
4. Then heat the oil and fry this Gobi kabab in deep oil till they are fried.
5. Then sprinkle some chat masala on top of it and serve.
