Ingredients for making Khajoor:
1. Grated dry coconut - 1 cup
2. Sugar - 1 cup powdered
3. Saunf / Fennel seeds - 3 tsp
4. Elachi / Cardamon - 5
5. Khas / Poopy seeds - roasted 1 tsp
6. Maida - 3 cup
7. Soji / Rava - 1cup
8. Banana - 1 mashed
9. Egg - 1
10. Oil - to deep fry

Steps of making khajoor:
1. First, roast 3 tsp of saunf and 5 elachi and grind it and make the fine powder of this.

2. Then in a bowl mix, 1 cup of grated coconut, half cup sugar, 1 tsp roasted saunf and elachi powder and 1 tsp roasted Khas Khas and mix it well and keep aside.

3. In a small jar add 1 cup of sugar and grind it in powder and keep aside.

4. In a large bowl add 3 cups of maida and one cup of soji.

5. Next, add 1 cup of powdered sugar and a half cup of coconut mixture prepared.

6. Later add 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 spoon of saunf and elachi powder and then add 1 cup of milk.

7. Mix it well and add water if required to kneed the doe.

8. Make 2 balls of the doe and roll one ball by spreading maida over it.

9. Cut the pieces in a diamond shape. When the oil is heat fry this.

10. When they are fried from one side cook from another side too. When they are fried from both side take it out.

11. Khajoors are ready. You can store this for a week.
