Custard ice cream is easy and simple ice cream which is made without the use of the cream, machine. Custard ice cream with only 3 ingredients. Ingredients for making Custard Icecream:
1. Milk - half litre
2. Custard Powder - 4 tsp
3. Sugar - to taste
4. Vanilla Essence - a drop / optional
5. Dry fruits - roasted and chopped finely / optional

Steps of making Custard Ice cream:
1. In a pan heat, half a litre of milk and do not add water in it. Then add sugar to your taste and let it boil.
2. Take milk in a cup and add 4 tsp of custard powder in it and mix it well so it doesn't have any lumps. the milk should be room temperature and not hot milk.
3. While the milk is boiling add a drop of vanilla essence it is optional, you can either add it or skip it.
4. Then when the milk starts boiling add this custard mixture in it and mix well so the custard doesn't form any lumps and doesn't stick in the pan.
5. Further add the roasted and Finley chopped dry fruits in it, even dry fruits or optional. You can either add it or skip it.
6. Cook till it becomes thick and keeps on mixing it. Then cool it.
7. When the custard gets cool transfer this custard in an airtight box and freezes it for at least 4 hours.
8. When it is freezes and sets properly take it out with the help of scooper or use a spoon to take it out.
9. Serve this ice cream while it is cold and garnish with some roasted and chopped dry fruits.
