Ingredients for making baigan chutney:
1. Brinjal - 4 small sizes
2. Onion - 1 cup finely chopped
3. Green chilli - 1 roasted
4. Curd - half cup
5. Tamarind - 1 tsp soaked in water.
6. Salt - to taste


Baigan Chutney | Baigan Bharta:

Steps of making Baigan Chutney:
1. Apply oil to brinjal and roast it on gas on high flame and take it out in a plate.

2. Peel its skin while it is hot and mash it finely.

3. Add one cup finely chopped onion and one roasted green chilli.

4. Then add a half cup of curd, tamarind and salt to taste. Combine it all.

5. Serve it with rotis and chappatis.
