Ingredients for making sheer kurma:
1. Vermicelli - 2 cup roasted in ghee
2. Ghee - 4 tsp
3. Milk - half litre
4. Cardamom - 2
5. Sugar - to taste
6. Dry fruits - as required chopped and roasted in ghee till it golden brown


Sheer Kurma Recipe:

Steps of making sheer kurma:
1. In a pan add 2tsp ghee and roast vermicelli till it golden brown and also roast the dry fruits in the same pan after taking out the vermicelli.

2. In the same pan after taking out the vermicelli and dry fruits. Add 2tsp ghee and then add the milk and let boil on medium flame.

3. Then add cardamom and sugar to taste, mix it well so the sugar gets dissolved and let it boil.

4. When the milk gets boil add the vermicelli and roasted dry fruits and mix it well.

5. When the vermicelli is cooked and gets soft, switch off the gas and let it cool.

6. Serve it cold or hot garnish with some dry fruits.
