Ingredients for making chana chaat:
1. Chana - 3 cups soaked and boiled for 3 whistles.
2. Onion - 1 chopped
3. Tomato - 1 chopped
4. Salt - to taste
5. Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp / optional
7. Roasted cumin powder - half tsp
8. Chaat masala - 1 tsp
9. Sweet chutney - 1 tsp
10. Potato - 1 boiled
11. Oil - 1 spoon
12. Coriander leaves - finely chopped

Steps of making chana chaat:
1. Firstly, boil the soaked chana and 1 potato with required salt for 3 whistles.
2. Heat a pan on medium flame and add 1 spoon of oil, green chilli and onion. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes till onion gets translucent.
2. Then add tomato cook till it becomes soft. When the tomato is cooked add boiled potato chopped and boiled chana. Mix it well cook till the chana is coated with the masala.
3. After it is cooked take out in a large mixing bowl.
4. Further in this mixture add salt to taste, chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and sweet chutney. Mix it well.
5. Next in this chaat add onion, tomato, coriander leaves and squeeze half of the lemon so the chaat will become tangy. Give a good mix to chaat.
6. Chana chaat sweet, tangy and spicy chaat is ready to serve.
